Returns
At Antoanelle, your satisfaction is our priority. We continuously strive to refine our products and services based on your feedback, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make returns as easy as possible.
Our Returns Policy
You can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Depending on your preference, we offer:
- Refunds to your original payment method.
- Store credit to place another order.
- Exchanges for the same product or another product (subject to availability).
Conditions for Returns
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Original condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition they were received.
- Tags and packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- No marks or stains: Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, or other stains.
- No odours: Items must not have strong smells, such as perfume, body spray, or detergent.
- Unwashed: Items must not have been washed under any circumstances.
- Hygiene stickers: For applicable items (e.g., bodysuits, swimwear), hygiene stickers must remain intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Earrings
- Underwear and accessories
- Any items without hygiene seals intact
Return Process
Returning your items is seamless and straightforward! While return shipping costs are covered by the customer, we’ve made the process easy by providing local return addresses in each region. This ensures an efficient and cost-effective return experience.
Exchanges are available for the same product or a different product, with the price adjusted for any difference. Antoanelle reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the customer, and any shipping costs incurred will not be covered.
Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Submit your return request via our Returns Portal below.
- We’ll provide the return address based on your country of purchase and detailed instructions for sending your items back.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we’ll process your refund, issue store credit, or arrange the exchange. Refunds exclude shipping fees.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
