1. Definitions

  • “Products” refers to clothing items and accessories available on the Antoanelle Design website.

  • “Customer” refers to any individual or legal entity who places an order via the website or other official channels.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Orders and Availability

  • Products are available while stocks last.

  • Antoanelle Design SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock shortages or pricing errors.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include legal VAT.

  • Payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery (if available).

  • Payment is considered completed after the transaction has been confirmed by the chosen payment system.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is made via courier or other services approved by Antoanelle Design SRL.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on product availability and the delivery area.

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

  • Customers have the right to return products in accordance with Law no. 449/2003 on consumer protection, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.

  • Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and properly packaged.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

7. Customized Products

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned, except if defective or differing from the original order.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Antoanelle Design SRL is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other external circumstances.

  • The company is not liable for indirect damages or financial losses resulting from the use of the website.

9. Data Protection

  • Personal data of Customers is processed according to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

  • Collected information is used to process orders and communicate with the Customer.

10. Modification of Terms

  • Antoanelle Design SRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.

  • Modifications will be published on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.
