Refund policy

Return Policy – Antoanelle Design SRL

1. Right of Return
Customers have the right to return products purchased from Antoanelle Design SRL within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. This does not apply to customized or made-to-order products, which cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, the customer must:

  • Send an email to contact.antoanelle@gmail.com or

  • Send a message to +40 731 788 993
    and provide:

  • Full name and order number

  • Reason for the return (optional but recommended)

3. Return Conditions
Products must be:

  • In their original, unused condition

  • Properly packaged with all labels attached

  • Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

Note: Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

4. Return Costs

   • Returns are not free. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

   • Returns can be sent using Packeta or through the national postal service of the customer's country.

   • The return package must be sent to the following address:

      Oradea, Romania

   • Before sending the return, customers must notify us by email at contact.antoanelle@gmail.com.

   • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid lost packages. Returns sent without prior email notification may not be accepted.

5. Processing Returns and Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received, Antoanelle Design SRL will inspect it within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 days of confirming the product’s condition.

  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, Antoanelle Design SRL reserves the right to refuse the refund.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, the customer must contact Antoanelle Design SRL immediately via email or phone.

  • The company will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
