Delivery Terms and Methods

All products from Antonelle Atelier are handcrafted in our studio in Romania, each piece being individually made with attention to detail and high-quality finishes. For this reason, production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design, the volume of orders during that period, and the availability of materials.

1. Production Time

In general, the standard time required to complete an order ranges between 2 and 7 business days. For products that involve special techniques, lace inserts, custom adjustments, or complex craftsmanship, this period may be extended. In such cases, the customer will be informed in advance.

During campaigns, holidays, or high-demand periods, production time may be longer. We commit to informing customers if any delays occur compared to the initial estimated timeframe.

2. Delivery Within Romania

After the order is completed, shipping will be carried out via Cargus or Fan Courier, our logistics partners in Romania.

  • Delivery cost: 25 lei (standard rate)

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days from the moment the order is handed over to the courier

  • Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Customers will receive notifications regarding the shipment status (AWB, estimated delivery, etc.) directly from the courier service.

If the courier is unable to contact or deliver the package to the customer, a second delivery attempt will be made. Any additional fees due to re-delivery may be charged to the customer.

3. International Delivery

Antonelle Atelier ships orders throughout most European and international destinations using the following services:

  • Packeta – €15 (standard delivery)
    Estimated time: approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

  • DHL Express – €40 (express delivery)
    Estimated time: 2–4 business days, depending on the region.

International shipping costs are automatically added at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the customs regulations of the destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Additional Delivery Information

  • Orders are shipped only after full payment has been confirmed.

  • For urgent orders, customers are encouraged to contact us directly; we will do our best to accommodate expedited production when possible.

  • Antonelle Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen external circumstances beyond our control.

  • If a package arrives damaged, the customer is requested to report this to the courier in the delivery report and notify us within 24 hours.
