- 1. Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it straight across your back. Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight.
- 2. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button. Relax your abdomen for an accurate measurement.
- 3. Hips: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Keep the tape level for an accurate measurement.
